香港藝術家李偉能成功登陸蘇格蘭國家舞蹈中心演出作品，並在愛丁堡國際藝穗節（Edinburgh Festival Fringe；下稱「藝穗節」）將作品《回聲摺疊》帶給各地觀眾，令人再次關注香港藝術如何「走出去」的議題；本地劇團天邊外劇場先後兩次前往藝穗節演出，其藝術總監陳曙曦指出，不少香港創作都已達到很高水平，促請當局加強行政配套，協助更多同業登上國際舞台。​

At the Tanzmesse, artists from more than 50 countries in Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia find an equal opportunity to present their work to a professional audience. The Tanzmesse is an event dedicated to contemporary dance without any specific geographical focus.
